How do I start the heated apparel? What if the power button doesn’t respond?
The heating function requires connection to a portable power bank. Connect via USB or Type-C, then long press the chest switch for 3 seconds. If the indicator lights up, heating has started.If there’s no response, check:
- Ensure the power bank is charged and supports 5V, ≥2A output.
- Verify the cable and ports are securely connected.
- Try a different compliant power bank.

Yes, they support 5V, compatible with most power banks worldwide.
Do heating elements pose overheating risks?
No. Our intelligent temperature control system monitors and regulates heating in real time. Once the set temperature is reached, it automatically switches to low power to maintain constant warmth, preventing overheating and reducing energy waste.
